Metal Braces

Most often we use traditional metal braces on younger patients who are children and teenager. Braces are made of two main parts: brackets that are bonded to the surface of the tooth and wires that are threaded through them. (Elastic rubber bands also help keep these wires in place.) This set up allow the wire to apply pressure and guide the tooth into alignment. Modern designs allow braces treatment to be more comfortable.

Clear Braces

Clear braces blend into your smile and are less noticeable than metal orthodontics. Dr. Rohini Singh offers both clear aligners (like Invisalign®) and tooth-colored ceramic braces in Killeen, Texas.

We also provide In-Ovation® self-litigating braces, which avoid wires and brackets, as well as reduce the overall treatment time.
